Cleaning business website guide
Cleaning company website cost in Ireland: scope before price
Lucas Brasso de Morais · · 2 min read
Lucas Brasso charges €599 EUR for development of up to five agreed pages in one language for a cleaning business in Ireland. Domain, hosting, maintenance and paid tools are separate. This is our published offer, not an Irish market average. Automated quotes, scheduling and payments require their own scope.
Illustrative planning example
A five-page cleaning website budget
An owner-operated business offering domestic and office cleaning can start with a compact brochure website.
- Development
- €599 once; up to five pages in one language.
- Page allocation
- Home, Domestic cleaning, Office cleaning, About & areas, Request a quote.
- Quote route
- A contact link or draft message; automated form delivery must be explicitly agreed.
- Recurring costs
- Domain + hosting + email/tools + any maintenance, priced separately.
Cleaning layouts and sample enquiries are illustrative planning examples, not completed cleaning-client projects or measured results. The linked Lucas Brasso website is real work and has a larger scope than the five-page package.
What does the €599 cleaning website include?
The package is a defined development project: mobile layouts, your approved service content, descriptive page titles, crawlable navigation and launch support. Agree the five URLs and the contact method in writing. You supply business details, service descriptions and permission-approved images.
Two service pages can separate household customers from office buyers. If you also offer end-of-tenancy and carpet cleaning, decide whether those fit within an existing page or justify extra pages. Extra pages are quoted rather than silently included.
What changes the quote?
A visitor sending an enquiry is different from a system calculating the cleaning price. Live availability, recurring bookings, deposits, route scheduling, customer accounts and CRM connections add functionality beyond a brochure website.
For a redesign, list old URLs, email accounts and domain access. Content rewriting, redirects at scale and moving a booking system may require additional work. A written scope should say who performs those tasks.
How do I compare the full first-year cost?
Use development + annual domain + twelve months of hosting, email and paid tools + agreed support. Separate initial work from renewal costs so a low launch price does not hide a later subscription. Ask suppliers which accounts you own and how you can leave.
The calculator lets you enter your actual supplier quotes; its prefilled recurring costs are zero until you provide them. Zero is an empty assumption, not a promise of free hosting. Taxes and payment terms are confirmed in the written proposal.
